Shade Construction Company has completed many negotiated projects over the course of the past ten years. Some of the more noticeable projects include the chapel tower renovation, columbarium, the day school bathroom renovations and St. Paul's courtyard renovations. St. Paul's exterior renovations consisted of the reworking of the existing blue stone walkway, the addition of exposed aggregate concrete, the addition of storm drainage and the installation of a 8'-0" diameter pre-fabricated pond.

Shade Construction is proud to be associated with the Sisters of Mercy. Invited to participate in the major expansion of the Villa, Shade's team welcomed the project with open arms. A complete new addition loaded with skylights and clearstories added a new light to the daily activities of the sisters. This project included interior renovations to chapel renovations and entailed community planning for landscaping.

The Helping Up Mission purchased a vacant building next to the existing mission in Baltimore. Shade Construction worked in conjunction with an architect to bring the building up to code so they could expand their live in facility. The project consisted of installing an exit stair tower, full sprinkler system, alarm system, plumbing and electrical upgrades.
