expertise into the planning and design process of the project.
Shade
Constructions' preconstruction process ensures that the concepts
of the architect and client are conveyed to the construction team
and subcontractors. It consists of factoring in each requirement
and analyzing all aspects of the project before actual construction
begins. This provides clients with the benefit of early analysis
of the effects that materials, equipment systems, techniques and
schedules will have on project time and cost. In turn, this allows
the owner and the design team to make the best decisions before
construction begins.
Shade
Construction assigns the construction project team with a Project
Executive, Project Manager and Project Superintendent during the
preconstruction phase to provide scheduling, site management planning,
constructability reviews and continuity within the construction
phase. By becoming involved early in the project, we seek to completely

exactly meet our client's needs.
The
responsibility of a General Contractor consists of facilitating
the sequence of bidding, negotiation and construction, and acts
as a conduit for information between the client, architect and
subcontractors.

and supervising all aspects of the construction process. Each
year, our team continues to build a wide variety of commercial,
industrial, financial, recreational, as well as healthcare facilities.
We maintain a "hands-on" approach in the construction of these
projects by utilizing our capabilities to perform, ensuring our

handles every general contracting requirement professionally,

As
a true general contractor, Shade Construction employs a labor
force of skilled trades people to self perform supervision, demolition,
concrete, carpentry, millwork installation, drywall, cleanup and
safety.
Shade
Construction acts as the construction manager, rather than the
general contractor, on certain specific projects. For these select
projects, all construction work is subcontracted. Shade Construction
provides consultation services, recommendations, and oversight
of the construction process to the owner, including direct management
and supervision of the project.
Along
with an architectural firm, Shade Construction will provide design/build
services for select specific projects. For these select projects,
Shade Construction works in conjunction with the owner and participates
in the design development, schematic design, budgeting, contract
document preparation, and the initial project development.
